The Sullivan Estate

This 5.5 acre north shore mansion estate was built starting in 1962 by the late Maurice Sullivan, the founder of the local grocery chain Foodland. It is now available as a luxury home rental.

The Sullivan Estate is also known for its extensive water works. This area is adjacent to its fountains.

Maurice Sullivan once planned a monorail leading to the estate (and a planned museum) from his Pupukea Foodland store at sea level.
