St. Francis' Emergency Room entrance and ambulance parking area. Note the frames of the doors, as well as the matching white wall with a small white sign to the left exterior of the doors. Also the large truck in the background is the Hawai'i P.E.T. Imaging mobile unit (at this location on Mondays and Tuesdays) and it may match the screencap (not confirmed).

The Lynford Hotel's hallways and A.A. meeting conference room was actually filmed in a hopsital.
Looking directly out from the porte-cochere at the exterior of the main entrance (Sullivan Wing), we see the structure with the conference rooms on the top floor of the Weinberg Medical Pavilion, specifically the L.Q. Pang, M.D. Conference Center on the fifth floor. The elevator and hallway scene was filmed on the second floor.

Other scenes from this episode were filmed on the first floor of the Mother Marianne wing of the hospital.

The exterior scenes depicting St. Sebastian Hospital in 2x11 The Hunting Party were accordlingly filmed in the exterior of St. Francis. However the St. Sebastian Hospital offices of Dr. Christian Shephard, as well as the hospital's conference room in 1x11 were filmed in the Dole Cannery Office Building.

An interesting tidbit is that Kate's sweetheart's (Dr. Tom Brennan) hospital in Iowa is named "St. Francis Hospital" in the Lost storyline. Scenes for that hospital were filmed at Kahuku Hospital.

In other hospital notes:
     Charlotte Malkin's interrupted autopsy report by the coroner in Eko's flashback in 2x21 was actually a form from the Queens Medical Center (see image at cubit.net). That scene was filmed at the Manoa Valley Inn. The filming location of the Australian morgue of Jack's flashback in 1x05 is still unidentified, although the morgue in Ana-Lucia's flashback in 2x20 is actually the kitchen of the Hawaii Convention Center.
