Isaac of Uluru's home in the Australian outback. The building on the right matches ones visible at the filming locaiton. The building on the left was a temporary structure built by the production crew that no longer exists here.

The weathering patterns of this building at center match the ones on the face of the building on the right of the Lost scene.

Another view. Note the weathering pattern on the end of the building, and compare it with the face of the building on the right in the screencap.

A closer view from the side. Note that the building on the left side of the scene from Lost does not exist at Poamoho Camp. It was a temporary structure built as part of the set by the Lost production crew. Note the similarity of this temporary building to the first Nigerian church in Eko's childhood soccer flashback scene filmed at the Waialua Sugar Mill in Episode 2x10 The 23rd Psalm-- that building also does not exist at that site, and was a temporary structure constructed by the Lost production crew for the scene.

A comparison of the temporary building built at Poamoho Camp, with that built at the Waialua Sugar Mill for Episode 2x10 The 23rd Psalm

Kolekole pass is visible along the horizon line. Note that the vehicle is shown as a right-drive vehicle. Whether the interior scene was flipped, and the background added later, or if the vehicle was actually a right-drive vehicle is unknown.
Kolekole Pass from Poamoho Camp.

Quicktime VR Panorama of this area.

A rear view of Rose & Bernard riding in their Jeep, with Australian landforms composited onto the horizon.

The interior scenes were probably also filmed here at Camp Poamoho. Note the corrugated wall on the left.

In this window view, we see one of Isaac's long bed Jeeps. Notice that Isaac's Jeep is depicted as a left-drive vehicle, rather than an Australian right-drive.
