1. Driving north along Kamehameha Hwy., after you pass the wide fenced fields of the visitors' center and parking lot, you will round the ridge seen in the left foreground, and soon arrive at the mouth of Ka'a'awa Valley proper. The ridge visible in the background frames the other half of Ka'a'awa Valley. |
|

2. Kamehameha Hwy., just moments further than the photo at left, the main vehicle entrance to the valley comes into view to the left. |

3. The fence just before the main vehicle entrance to the valley. |
|

4. The locked gate of the main vehicle entrance directly into the front of the valley. |

Directions:
From Honolulu/Waikiki, take H1 West to the Likelike Hwy. Take Likelike through tunnels, then move to the right lane to take Kahekili. Continue straight as it turns into Kamehameha Hwy (83). Continue past Waihole until you see the signs on the right for Kualoa Ranch. As you round a bend and see white fence and a field on your left, pull left into the driveway through the white fences. The visitor center is here, with ample parking. Ka'a'awa Valley is actually the next valley north along the highway, but the offices for all tours and activites are here at the visitor center.
The only ways to see the valley, also called Kualoa Valley, are either the bus tour, horsebackriding tour, ATV tour, or KOS 4x4 Hummer Tours. Kos Hummer tours will take you deeper into the valley, accessing more Lost filming locations than the other options on its off-road tours through the valley, and also provides a Lost filming locations package on request.
