Season 6 starts its engines

According to our sources, the production offices at the Hawaii Film Studio have reopened mid this week, and first unit shooting should begin on or about August 24.

So if you see a film crew before that date, it's most likely not Lost but one of the other productions currently ongoing on-island such as those detailed by the excellent local industry blog,

Tim Ryan's Reel Hawaii. If you spot a film crew after that date however, please let us know!

Yes we are still a season behind on posting locations, we'll try to get those up soon. In fact at this point we may do it in a text-only table format on a temporary basis simply to get them posted.

I really can't wait the season 6. I watched season 5 with satisfaction, really those episodes were very interesting as some of the mysteries have been solved and some secrets revealed. I hope that season 6 will end all plots and give people understandable explanation of some things (the most interesting for me is the essence of "the monster" that lives under the ancient temple).

I am in Oahu now and we ran in to Terry O'Quinn when we were eating lunch the other day. We are staying at Turtle Bay and got to see some of the past film locations. Would love to know where they are now, but have not found anything yet!!
