Lost Virtual Tour

As many of you already know, if you are lucky enough to be in Hawai'i at the right time of year, you can catch the star-studded world premiere of Lost each season at the Honolulu City and County's "Sunset on the Beach" event.



Unfortunately the C&C has usually not actually confirmed and announced the event until mere days before. We could guess that the event was going to be held either one week, or the Saturday, before the official ABC broadcast of the season opener. However for 2008, we weren't even confident the cast would still be around if the film crew was wrapped, and of course the actual broadcast premiere is still unknown.



However our good friend DocArzt of TheTailSection.com blog, who just visited here last week, apparently has some inside contacts. He today received permission to reveal that the Season 4 world premiere at Honolulu's Sunset on the Beach will be held on the first week of February, or Feb 2, 2008. He does qualify this information by noting that as with all events, the date is subject to change, but that this is the current plan.



So make your travel plans to Hawai'i now, and be on hand for the massive crowds that are guaranteed to fill the eastern end of Waikiki Beach.

UPDATE: Due to the writer's strike (that began after we posted this blog entry), there is a possibility the cast will no longer be on Oahu for February 2008. However we are investigating our sources to see if the event is still on (and they would fly in for it). Stay tuned!
