The topside has a parking lot, now used for the "Treetops", a restaurant serving a Chinese food buffet. Dining here toward the right side of the restaurant balcony could offer a slightly better view of the filming location. However the cages will eventually be removed. |

This is the view driving through the end of the residential neighborhood of Manoa Valley as you approach the single lane road leading to Lyon Arboretum and Paradise Park. |

Just past this bridge to the right is one parking lot. The top left of this bridge is the entrance to the park, where the photographs above were taken. Turning left after the bridge and drive up the steep incline to reach that lot. If, however you are going to visit Lyon Arboretum, continue driving straight. Note the various Lost production vehicles. |
Sawyer and Kate's cages are also visible through this break in the foliage along the road. |

Directions: From King St., turn left (mountainside) on Punahou, and continue driving N. until it forks. Take the left fork, which is Manoa Road. Continue on this road through a 5-way intersection until it meanders through a residential neighborhood, and ends in a small 1-lane road. Continue on the small road to the parking lot. Signs for Lyon Arboretum will be visible.
Notes:
Paradise Park's entrance is located immediately next to the entrance for Lyon Arboretum (a botanical garden - link) and the popular trailhead for the Manoa Falls valley trail. The parking lot has been known as a high risk for automobile break-ins, although that reputation may have changed somewhat with the frequent activity that Lost's production has brought.
